My 16 yr old daughter came to see Harriet after a horse riding fall 2 years previously. Having been treated by a number of osteopaths with no improvement, she had been told to just accept she was going to “be wonky” and have treatments when the pain flared up, which is did, almost continuously. After a few treatments with Harriet, my daughter’s posture began to improve. Harriet encouraged her to do exercises and stretches in between treatments. Now my daughter is symmetrical, something that we had been told by a number of professionals was not going to be possible! She is more confident about challenging her neck/shoulder as she trusts in her body to cope. When she has a flare up, which is so rare now (ie GCSE stress!) she has a treatment with Harriet and gets her body back on track as it is now able to heal much quicker. I thoroughly recommend Harriet, even if you think an injury is to old to be helped.
