This ancient healing therapy is based on the principle that reflex points in the feet correspond to all parts of the body. Reflexology is used both in treating disease and as a preventive measure promoting good health.

The aim is to induce self-healing, assist in relieving stress and tension, help to eliminate toxins and may also help a wide range of conditions including:

  1. Arthritis
  2. Digestive problems (constipation, IBS, indigestion)
  3. Infertility
  4. Menopause
  5. Menstrual problems (irregularity, PMS)
  6. Migraines/headaches
  7. Poor circulation
  8. Pregnancy side effects (nausea, heartburn, constipation, fluid retention, inducing natural labour)
  9. Sciatica
  10. Sinusitis
  11. Skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis)
